Chili Soy Paste

It is very similar to its counterpart (Kimlan Soy Paste), except that at the end of the fermentation process, finely ground chili peppers are added. This brings a hint of spiciness to the originally sweet and savory sauce and will give any dish in which you use it an additional kick.
