This soy sauce is made using Kimlan’s special, double-brewing technique and is allowed to ferment naturally for over a year in a rigidly controlled environment. The resulting product is a dark, thick, and richly flavored sauce which has been recognized with the Superior Taste Award at the highest possible grade of three stars by the International Taste Institute (iTQi) which includes among their panel of judges chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
